Public health interventions to promote mental well-being in people aged 65 and over: systematic review of effectiveness and cost-effectiveness

This research, undertaken by Institute of Medical and Social Care Research, University of Wales Bangor, sought to identify and review all relevant evidence about public health interventions to promote mental well-being in older people aged 65 and over.

The researchers also reviewed data on the costs and cost-effectiveness of these interventions.

The review highlights gaps in the evidence base and make recommendations for further research.
